Kathy Brown, owner of Doggie Daycare & Salon plays with some of the dogs attending the bi-weekly, small dog meet up group at her facility. Playing with the dogs any time she wants is just one of the many perks at Doggie Daycare & Salon. We are a CAGE-FREE doggie daycare, overnight boarding facility FULL-SERVICE salon located at our newest location at 106 W. 39th in Garden City. Just take Chinden and turn South on 39th and W. on Stockton. The staff at Doggie Daycare and Salon is loving, educated and motivated in the extreme care of each pet, paying attention to their individual personalities. The staff includes a professional dog trainer, a dog behavior specialtist and pack integration professionals with experience. We take this very seriously. The professional groomer, Kris Sayers, is well respected in the Boise area and has been grooming dogs and cats for many years. She also shows hers and other prize corgi's and does dog and cat rescue. Trainer, Bobbi Junier, helped start the Petco puppy training system and has been and indipendant trainer for many years. She is one of our staff and tends to the dogs regularly. Indipendant and group training is available through Doggie Daycare & Salon. Renee Cowly of the nonprofit group MoveMutt is a staff member here and attendant to the dogs regularly. She is a dog behavioral specialist and animal activist. She rehabilitates dogs with a treadmill exercise program wich also has health benefits to dogs. This service is available at Doggie Daycare & Salon. The location is ideal with a huge fenced yard full of trees and shrubs plus an indoor playground and lounge area with a luxurious and fun Italian countryside theme. The outdoor waterfall creates a woodsy atmosphere for outdoor loving dogs. Inside are nice couches and cushions just like home. Overnight boarding is also cage-free with continuous access to the daycare and yards plus human interaction to help alleviate seperation anxiety. A live-on-site attendant is also there all night to make sure the dogs are safe and uninterrupted for their needed sleep. They are exhausted at the end of the day. The Salon is a warm and inviting place for your dog where attention to the dogs emotions and needs are priority as well as cleanliness and precision. We offer baths, blow dry, brush outs, nails, ears, glands, massage and nail polish. Finishing touches like bandanas add sparkle. Ask for fragrance at no charge if desired. Many people are allergic so remind us to spritz your dog up. |
