Snuggle 'n Snooze Inn Pet Hotel is nestled in the trees surrounded by beautiful Norway Pines providing many lazy hours for guests to gaze at nature from the safety and security of their private rooms "with-a-view" (cats, smaller guests) and private rooms w/doggy doors leading to covered outdoor kennels (dogs). Dogs can enjoy exercise in the 6 foot high, shadow box, wooden 12,000 square foot fenced in area. In floor heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer heat further ensures your pets' comfort! You need only bring food as we supply clean bedding, blankets and bowls. We also will adminster your pets' necessary medications per your directions; provide exercise, play and cuddle time for your furry or feathered friend; and provide overnight supervision all without add-on charges! Also at no extra charge are FLEXIBLE drop off and pick up times for you and your pets' conenience. We are typically closed during "nappy hour" daily from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM so PLEASE leave a msg if you get our voice mail and we will return your call. We are the newest boarding facility in the area to serve our canine friends. We have a small operation of twelve spaces so we can take a more personalized interaction with our guests. Each guest space is sixteen square feet of indoor comfort. Ceiling fans provide a gentle breeze for everyone in the kennel. A high efficiency air exchanger delivers fresh air to the facility and exhausts unwanted stale air. Our facility is heated by floor heat powered by both solar and electric sources. |

We do our best to work around your schedule. We do accept dogs and allow pick up of dogs on weekends and holidays if arranged that way. We require a vet certification of current vaccinations be it either in paper or confirmation from the vet clinic that vaccinations are up to date. Please have a flea prevention product done on your dog before bringing them to our facility.
We do supply a quality brand of food and treats here but if you feel your dog would do better with their own food please feel free to bring it. If your dog needs medications we will accomodate that also. Please feel free to bring your dogs favorite toys, beds, blankets ect anything that will make him or her feel like home. |

The Hutchinson Pet Hospital was founded by Dr. Curtis Reiter and opened for business in December of 1984 at 146 Main Street, downtown Hutchinson. In 1987, Dr. Reiter’s wife, Janel, joined the practice as manager. We moved to our current facility at 760 Century Ave in June 2000. Dr. Roffey purchased the clinic in 2013 and plans to continue providing outstanding veterinary services to Hutchinson and the surrounding areas.
A great deal of thought and planning has gone into the design of the Hutchinson Pet Hospital. Special emphasis was placed on pet health and comfort. With that in mind, and based on many years of past experience, the kennel area was designed to make your pet’s stay here as pleasant as possible. In floor radiant heating ensures that your pet will not be lying on a cold surface. The Van-E air exchangers located throughout the hospital allow for the continuous influx of fresh air and help greatly with odor control and ventilation to prevent the spread of infectious airborne diseases. Caged animals are kept on grates to keep them clean and dry. The floors are also textured to provide a non-slip surface for older, arthritic dogs or dogs recovering from orthopedic or other major surgeries. All dogs are exercised twice daily unless contraindicated by a specific medical condition. There are two large outdoor exercise areas for this purpose. The animals are fed and watered twice daily and their cages or runs are cleaned and disinfected as needed. |
