Feline guests can too have their retreat in our spacious purr-fection suites adorned with luxurious tree house and catnips while purring with our pet angels.
Pampered guests can indulge in an array of worldly treatments in The Wagington salon and spa and are also offered a list of distinct choices to select their gourmet meals from The Wagington in-house dining menu. High-energy dog guests can work out in our fitness centre and unleash their tensions on our treadmills or go on a road bicycle trips with our angels. Every calorie burns brings you to a happier, healthier and calmer companion.
Behind The Wagington pet hotel lies an idyllic greenery spot for relaxation -Doghill Garden. Doghill garden is a social area where every discerning guest spends their day socializing and making friends. The garden is segregated into 2 sections. -Miniature and Standard to distinguish guests of different sizes and to allow for safe play. The garden is fully constructed with antimicrobial and hypoallergenic turf grass, beautifully decorated with wrought irons walls and interconnected to the hotel lobby and The Wagington salon & spa.
Furry swimmers can also enjoy a cool summer swim secreted away among the verdant, lush foliage amidst the ambience of the hotel. The Bone Pool is a customised swimming pool with a depth of 1.2m. It is completely made of fiberglass, cut and shaped in ‘the bone’ shape and complete with anti-slip pebble wash sides. The Bone Pool is furnish with parasols for owners relaxation while their furry companions are having their highlight of the day plunging in the clean chlorinated blue waters.
Every pet guest will go through daily walks in the morning and evening with our pet angels before meals and tummy rubs. In the evening, guests will be usher to their cozy private suite, comfort with kisses and lights down.
All suites and outdoor daycare area are fully equipped with high definition surveillance cameras which can be monitored at all times with The Wagington apps on Android and Apple.

"It's difficult to find a place in S'pore where we can unleash our dog to play & get the required exercise. Of course, there's the beach but there're leash-free restrictions. Then there're the dog-runs. But we're wary of the muddy fields and the possibility of Ginny getting fleas and ticks where the fields are not well-kept. Hence this idea of setting up an in-door facility where our doggie friends can freely play and socialise in a safe environment."

There is a mandatory temperament assessment that the dogs will have to go through before they can take part in our daycare service to determine if the dogs are suitable for our daycare environment, and also to identify issues that we can help both the dogs and the owners with. It also helps us in grouping the dogs for their activities during daycare.
Day Care Rate:
Small Size dog Below 10kg - $45/day
Medium Size dog 10-29kg - $60/day
Large Size dog above 30kg $65/day
Daycare activities consists of pack walks, swimming, ball games, supervised socialization.
Pack walk
Dogs will be grouped by temperament, energy levels, and size. Health conditions and stamina levels will be taken into consideration to determine the distance of the walk. The dogs will be exposed to different animals, humans, sounds and scents during their walk which will help in stimulating their minds.
2. Swim
Dogs will be grouped according to their personality and size. Life jackets of different sizes available. There will be 2 handlers in the pool area. The “Swimmer” will be assisting the dogs in the pools to maximize the benefits of the pressure free exercise which helps with joint aches and the recovery of muscle injuries and also the strengthening the muscles and joints in developing bodies of growing puppies. The “Lifeguard” will be supervising the other dogs while they play among themselves. Our pool is maintained twice a week and sea salt is used to purify the pool water, which also helps in certain skin conditions.
3. Fur drying and physical checks
After the swim, there will be a physical check on the dogs while we dry them.
4. Supervised socialization
Sunny Heights is a kennel/cage free environment. Dogs are free to mingle and play under the guidance of our trained handlers. Our indoor area is well-ventilated and air-conditioned rooms are available with free access to all dogs.
5. Boarding
There is an add-on fee of $38 to the daycare rates depending on the size of the dogs. The dogs will also have to go through 4 days of mandatory daycare service before boarding to minimize stress from being away from the owners which may lead to illness and depression. It also helps to build up the dogs’ stamina for the daily activities.
Owners will have to provide the dogs’ diets as sudden introduction to new food may cause tummy upsets and allergy flare ups. Owners are also to ensure food portions will be sufficient for the entire boarding. Fees will be charged for purchasing of food if they run out.
-Pack boarding: Our Dogmitory is a kennel free environment where dog beds and furniture will be provided for dogs to lounge on. Dogs will be grouped by personality and size.
-Suite boarding: Limited to small dogs and senior dogs only. Dogs are allowed to bring their own beds/towels/toys for comfort, to minimize stress.
Our boarding areas are fully air-conditioned and a handler will be with the dogs throughout the night.
Cat’s Boarding
The cats will be housed away from the dogs’ area and is fully air-conditioned. Each suite will be able to house a maximum of 2 cats. Please ensure that your pets are fully vaccinated and protected from ticks and fleas.
Rates: $35/cat, and $25 for a second cat
Sunny Heights Swimming pool operates from :
1.00pm to 6.30pm (Weekdays)
1.00pm to 6.30pm (Weekends and public holidays)
*Please note that our pool is closed on Mondays (whole day) and Friday from 1.00pm to 3.00pm for pool maintenance.
Pool Cost is $18.00 per hour
Sunny Heights also provide swimming packages, purchase 10 swimming session and you will be given 2 extra swimming sessions.
For private booking of the swimming pool for an event, please do call up our office and speak to our staffs from Sunny Heights.
Please note :
1) We do provide life jackets for the dogs. Please obtain one from our counter before proceeding to the pool if needed. Rental of life-vest is at $2 each. The entry to the pool per dog can be accompanied by 2 person, there is a fee of $2 from the third person onwards.
2) Showering of your pets: we are working with Dogwash, this provides a self service showering unit for your pets which includes shampoo and a blower to dry your pets.
3) Grooming services are also available at Fur & Away should you need your pets to be groomed after their swim. |
